Not at all! Our online platform was specifically built with adults in mind. The lessons are easy to navigate and move through, logging in is a breeze, and the video lessons are fun and bite-sized. After enrolling, you'll immediately be taken to your online lesson environment, while also receiving an email with instructions and some follow-up information about your account. If at any point in time, you do have a question or run into a problem, please feel free to reach out to your support team by emailing support@breakthrough.com.

WHAT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED TO PLAY THE LESSONS?
All you need is a device that can access the internet (tablet, smartphone, laptop, desktop, etc.) and your acoustic or electric drum set. That is it! We do not require any complicated software to be downloaded or used for our lessons.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO TRY OUT THE COURSES?
You have 1 month to give the courses a test run through our 30-day money-back guarantee.
WHAT DOES A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP ENTAIL?
Lifetime membership is defined as a paid customer being able to access the online learning environment and its videos and resources as long as the Breakthrough Banjo domain is active and accessible online. Lifetime membership does not constitute a customer's ability to request refunds or returns during said lifetime. If the domain becomes inactive and inaccessible for any reason, whether that be temporary issues befalling the domain or permanent closure of the domain, students will no longer have access to the online learning environment and its videos and resources.
